Care Guide
Care Guide
To care for your woollen garments, hand-washing is recommended over dry cleaning.
Use liquid hand soap, not regular detergent, in lukewarm water for a 5-minute soak. Gently squeeze, don't rub, the garment.
Rinse in warm water with a bit of almond oil for fragrance and wool restoration.
Afterward, roll the damp garment in a towel to remove excess water, reshape, and dry it flat on a clean towel, away from direct heat sources.
Ensure the garment is completely dry before storing it.

I bought an eribe sweater similar to this and despite following the washing to the letter.,it shrank and is now unwearable. The feedback I had from customer services was poor. They offered mea laughable 10%off a new sweater! This for a sweater that had cost me nearly £200.
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience with the sweater, and we understand how frustrating it must be to have it shrink despite following the care instructions carefully.
Unfortunately, as we could not locate an order number for your purchase, it appears the sweater was bought from one of our retailers, which limits our ability to assist directly with returns or exchanges. As per our Terms and Conditions, which align with UK trading standards, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for items purchased from third-party retailers.
We do apologize if our previous response did not meet your expectations. We always strive to provide the best service possible, and we appreciate your understanding of our policy limitations.

Came across Eribe at Skyeskyns while on holiday in Scotland, and the colours leapt out at me. So although it was twice as expensive as any jumper I'd ever had, I tried it on wondering if it would be itchy against bare skin , but it wasn't, and it fitted beautifully. I was pleased to find that the sleeves were a really good length. So although it was twice as expensive as any jumper I'd ever bought, I made the investment, and am glad that I did because it looks great worn casually or with a smart pair of trousers. It's warm without being hot, and I have so far worn it with just a camisole.
Now to lose a bit of weight, and I'll treat myself to an Eribe dress...
